TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Your order will only be sent after clicking ”complete order”. Leaving the site before clicking upon “complete order” will leave the transaction incomplete and invalid. Upon any completed transactions you will immediately receive an order confirmation by e-mail. When the order is dispatched, you will electronically receive shipping information. Your order is completed and on its way, when you receive this e-mail.
NO SALE TO PERSONS UNDER THE AGE OF 18
You can pay with Danish and foreign credit cards. Payment will be charged at least one day prior to dispatch of the goods.
Hazy Bear Brewing provides delivery by PostNord, Bring, DAO or GLS (unless others are preferred).
Shipment costs are calculated and visible at checkout. Any deliveries from DKK 1000 or more within Danish borders are free of shipment costs. This does not apply to gift cards. On orders outside Danish borders, shipment costs will be charged regardless of the size of the order.
Hazy Bear Brewing handles packaging and dispatch within five workdays from the day of order. Timely delivery presupposes that abovementioned parcel services comply with day-to-day delivery commitments. Hazy Bear Brewing cannot be liable to any possible delays that occur on the part of the employed parcel services that may prolong the parcel delivery.
If you cancel your purchase (cancellation rights)
You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of delivery at Hazy Bear Brewing.
The warranty expires 14 days after the day that you:
- Received your product
- Received every product, if you ordered various products on the same order that was delivered separately.
If you wish to cancel your purchase, you will have to notice us within 14 days of delivery. The notice shall be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org or at phone no. +45 30 27 27 11. Your notice shall be clear on, whether you want to exercise your warranty.
Cancellation can also occur by refusing to accept delivery of the goods. You cannot cancel only by refusing to accept, without giving us clear notice about the cancellation.
You have to return your order without unnecessary delay and within 14 days after, we received notice that you wish to cancel your order. Shipment costs in relation to returns shall be held at own expense.
When returning goods, you are liable for packaging and any caution until we receive the goods in identical condition. You loose the right to cancel, if you break the sealing on products.
If an order is refused or not picked up, Hazy Bear Brewing reserves the right to refund the purchase price excluding shipment costs.
In case of agreed discounts, returned goods or pre ordered goods that are cancelled before dispatch, an entire or partially refund of the purchase price will be required. We refund by the same method as you originally made payment.
We can withhold the refund, until we received the goods in same condition as delivered. You are liable to any damages, when returning goods, until delivered.

What should I send back with the products?
You should enclose a copy of the order confirmation with your registration- and account number, whereto the refund can occur.
Notice! We do not receive packages sent C.O.D. (Collect on Delivery)
If anything is wrong with the products (warranty)
The Danish Sale of Goods Act is applied, when purchasing products.
When you shop at www.hazybear.dk you of course have 24 months warranty. This means that you can get products repaired, exchanged, get your money back or a discount, depending on the situation.
Though it is a requirement that the claim is legitimate, and the lack/defect/flaw has not occurred as a result of wrongful use or other damaging behaviour.
When do I exercise my warranty?
You have to exercise your warranty within “reasonable time”, after you discovered the lack/defect/flaw. If you exercise your warranty within 2 months, after you discovered the lack/defect/flaw, the warranty will always be within reasonable time.
