When ordering online you can choose to pick-up your order at our brewery at the following address:

Your order can be picked up on Fridays between 12:00 to 17:30.
Please have your online confirmation ready, when you want to pick up your order.
Prices & Payment
All prices displayed at hazybear.com include VAT (25%).
The price for a product is the price that is shown on hazybear.com on the time of the order. The price for delivery service is shown on your order together with the total price.
We take proviso for possible typing errors / erratums and sold out products.
Payment will be completed as soon as your order is confirmed by the brewery.
After an order has been made, you will receive an order confirmation via e-mail. We recommend you to save a copy of the order confirmation as it contains information about your order. You will need the order confirmation if you want to return the order or have any comments to the order. It is your responsibility to read the confirmation and notify us via e-mail if you notice any wrongful information.
If for any reason we are unable to fulfil your order, we will let you know at the earliest convenience. If we have already received payment for the order, we will attempt to refund the applicable amount using the same method used to make the payment. If, for any reason, alternative arrangements are necessary we will notify you and ask you to contact us and we will settle the refund.
Delivery time is usually 2 - 4 days in Denmark.
When you place your order, you can choose to either pick up the order at the brewery or ship the package via one of our delivery partners. Once you have placed your order you will receive an email confirmation with your expected delivery details. Hazy Bear Brewing carries the responsibility of the order until the package is picked up / sent from the brewery. As soon as the shipment leaves the brewery, the responsibility is transferred to the delivery service.
Hazy Bear Brewing and its distributors reserve the right to restrict different areas for delivery during certain times of the year. This could be due to adverse weather conditions that exist in these areas which hinder delivery.
