Barrel Aged Imperial Pastry Stout / 12 % / 330 ML
This is properly one of the most costly and insane beers to come out of Denmark. The base beer is an Imperial Stout that has been in Rye Whisky barrels for 20 months. Afterwards we blended it with a small portion of an Imperial Stout that we boiled for 6 hours to really get a fat melasse-like body. Now for the pastry part. The beer has been conditioned on a large amount of toasted coconut, hundreds of vanilla beans from Borneo and Madagascar and some handpicked coffee and cacao. Experience a complex yet balanced dessert. This is something you need to try.
